We married on 25th of March 2005 in Cambodia. I came to Ireland on 18th of June 2005 and then I started a new English class on 18th of July 2005 in IILT School in Ireland. My parents are alive and they live in Cambodia.

How did you find a job?

I posted a CV to many shops, but got no reply from them .Then, I went to the shops and gave them my CV. One day later I got a phone call for an interview.

What type of questions did they ask you?

Why do you want to work in this company?
Tell me about your experience?
What would you do when a customer asked for help?
What does a good retailer do?
What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Why should we hire you?

How did you pass the interview?

I dressed in smart clothes and looked neat.
I answered the questions in a confident way.
I sat straight and tried to remember to smile.
I looked straight into the interviewer's eyes.
I had tried to guess what the question would be, and had prepared good answers.

My advice

You should know what the company does
You should know all about the type of position you are applying for.
You should answer  'Yes' to as many questions as possible.
You should be able to answer every question confidently.
Do not talk too much or appear over confident.
You should appear interested in the interviewer’s question.
You shouldn’t be afraid to answer any question.
You should tell yourself that you can succeed and that nothing bad will happen.
Don’t laugh!
Be serious!

GOOD LUCK!
